Job summary

Land Transport Authority's LTAA division seeks a Deputy/Assistant Programme Manager to lead the Programme Management team, developing training interventions and overseeing learning initiatives for LT A staff and the land transport industry.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, analyse training data to report effectiveness and ROI, manage trainers and resources, and promote self-directed learning while staying current with emerging learning technologies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a training environment.
• Grounded in theory and practice of training and development.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage internal training for LT A staff and the land transport industry.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists, other agencies, IHLs and training providers.
• Assist in using data analytics to report training effectiveness and ROI.
• Support trainer and resource management and promote self-directed learning.
• Keep abreast of learning technologies such as VR/AR/MR.
