WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Singapore.

You will forecast, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet customer demand while optimizing resources. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills to ensure seamless production continuity, optimal inventory levels, and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Forecast & Scheduling: forecast planning and schedule production orders in alignment with demand and available resources.
• Workflow Coordination: coordinate with Project Leaders, Planners, and Production Supervisors to prioritize workflows based on delivery schedules.
• Material & BOM Management: handle material planning, material requisitions, and maintenance of BOM or design change implementations.
• Order Confirmation: confirm production orders based on current material and capability availability.
• Inventory Control: plan, coordinate with purchasers regarding material deliveries to prevent excess stock inventory.
• Production Continuity: continuously monitor material availability to avoid production disruptions.
• Reporting: track and generate periodic reports, including Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) and Buy-down claims.
• Financial Alignment: ensure timely and accurate closure of production orders to facilitate invoicing.
• Data Analysis: prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports for management and cross-functional teams, providing timely data analysis to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast & Scheduling: Conduct forecast planning and schedule production orders in alignment with demand and available resources.

• Workflow Coordination: Coordinate directly with Project Leaders, Planners, and Production Supervisors to prioritize production workflows based on delivery schedules.

• Material & BOM Management: Handle material and production planning, material requisitions, and the maintenance of the Bill of Materials (BOM) or design change implementations.

• Order Confirmation: Confirm production orders based on current material and capability availability.

• Inventory Control: Plan, control, and coordinate with purchasers regarding material deliveries to prevent the build-up of excess stock inventory.

• Production Continuity: Continuously monitor material availability to avoid production disruptions.

• Reporting: Track and generate periodic reports, including Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) and Buy-down claims.

• Financial Alignment: Ensure the timely and accurate closure of production orders to facilitate invoicing.
