CORPORATE OUTSOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced accountant to support the BPO-based client accounting services. The role emphasizes accurate bookkeeping, statutory reporting, and management accounts preparation in a dynamic team environment.

You will handle GST, payroll processing, IR forms, and cash management while ensuring compliance with Singapore accounting standards and payroll regulations.

Formación

• A degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3.5 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm in a Business Process Outsourcing environment.
• Proficient with accounting software and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance to team members.
• Book-keeping and preparation of management accounts.
• Preparation of Statutory report (Financial Statements and Notes to the accounts).
• Preparation of custom reporting packages based on client requirements.
• Where clients are audited, provide support with respect to services provided to the client.
• Cash management and payment processing.
• GST preparation and filing.
• Payroll processing.
• Preparation of payroll details (including calculation of OT, allowances etc.).
• Payroll disbursement.
• Leave management.
• Preparation of IR8A and IR21.
• Work independently under team manager.
• Propose resolution steps for issues that may arise with clients.

Requirements:

• A degree in accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore requirements on accounting, GST and payroll
