Job summary

ROEDL OUTSOURCING LLP in Singapore is seeking a capable accounting professional to handle full-set accounts, payroll, GST, and management reporting. You will prepare statutory financial statements and notes, manage cash flows, and support clients with audit-related services.

The role requires 1–3 years of accounting experience in Singapore entities, familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, and hands-on use of accounting software. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Book-keeping and preparation of management accounts.

Job Scope:

• Book-keeping and preparation of management accounts
• Preparation of Statutory report (Financial Statements and Notes to the accounts)
• Preparation of custom reporting packages based on client requirements
• Where clients are audited, provide support with respect to services provided to the client
• Cash management and payment processing
• GST preparation and filing
• Payroll processing

- Preparation of payroll details (including calculation of OT,

allowances etc.)

- Payroll disbursement

- Leave management

- Preparation of IR8A and IR21

Requirements:

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting for Singapore entities of which at least 1 year of experience having handle full set of accounts
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll and taxation regulations
• Knowledge and practical experience with various accounting systems
