Job summary

Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role drives daily service excellence, staff development, and adherence to hygiene standards in a beachfront resort setting.

You will analyse outlet performance, implement revenue strategies, and manage shifts to maintain high service quality across indoor and outdoor dining spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hotel/resort environments.
• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in F&B.
• Ability to manage shifts and ensure service standards.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations for seamless service and efficiency.
• Analyse outlet performance data and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
• Identify recurring issues and develop solutions to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Enforce and monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain health standards.
• Oversee guest interactions to ensure exceptional dining experiences and address service concerns.
• Adapt management approach to both indoor and outdoor dining settings with consistent service quality.
• Manage monthly F&B Profit & Loss performance to support financial objectives.
• Utilise F&B POS systems and beverage knowledge to streamline operations.

We are looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team!
As an Assistant Outlet Manager, we rely on you to:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in executing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
• Analyse outlet performance data and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Identify recurring operational issues and develop effective solutions to enhance outlet productivity and guest satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team aligned with service standards
• Enforce and monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee guest interactions to ensure exceptional dining experiences and promptly address any service concerns
• Adapt management approach to both indoor and outdoor dining settings, ensuring consistent service quality
• Manage monthly Food & Beverage Profit & Loss performance to support financial objectives
• Utilize F&B POS systems and beverage mixing knowledge to streamline operations and enhance service delivery

• Experience working in a restaurant or hotel/resort environment

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage operations
