• Responsible, calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
• Willing to travel between different work sites.

Responsibilities

• Manpower Deployment and Attendance: Prepare and maintain daily and weekly manpower schedules.
• Confirm workers' attendance and deployment.
• Respond promptly to staff absences or late attendance.
• Contact approved relief workers and arrange replacement coverage.
• Recommend staff redeployment when immediate replacement is unavailable.
• Escalate unresolved shortages to the Operations Manager with proposed solutions.
• Maintain an updated list of available workers.
• Submit accurate attendance, overtime and deployment records.
