Job summary

Transmedic Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the overall operation, warehouse and logistics, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. You will lead and develop the operations team, manage inventory, and coordinate with sales to meet demand.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity is required for this position.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations and inventory control is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the overall operation, warehouse, logistic and compliance to SOPs
• Lead, supervise, coach and train the operation team
• Inventory control, including inventory accuracy and healthy inventory level
• Meet the sales team’s requests (assets & inventory)
• Optimize resources to meet market demand
• Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met
• Cultivate a culture of professionalism among team members
• Periodical review the SOPs
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ensure workplace’s health and safety requirements are met.
• Cultivate a culture of professionalism among team members.
• Periodical review the SOP.
• To perform any other function and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
