Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to perform servicing, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment for military systems at our Ang Mo Kio / Sembawang sites. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet contractual requirements and KPIs.

Responsibilities include depot-level preventive and corrective maintenance of generators and HVAC, updating publications, managing spares, and delivering reports.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines such as Mechatronics, Aerospace, Automotive or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficient in hands-on tasks and in writing reports.
• Able to interact well with internal teams and customers.
• Open to work in camp sites and comply with camp regulations.
• Possess Class 3 license is an advantage.
• Singaporeans only.

• Collaborate with internal teams and conduct investigations to improve reliability of components.
• Maintain operational and maintenance publications and timely issue of service bulletins.
• Ensure maintenance spares and consumables are available by raising purchase requests.
• Generate service acceptance, incident responses, and monthly/annual reports.
• Be POC to respond to customers’ queries.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our maintenance services meet all contractual requirements and KPIs.
