Job summary

job express services pte. ltd. is seeking an Assistant Operation Manager to oversee daily outlet operations at Novena/ Orchard, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with internal departments.

You will manage inventory, staff rostering, training, licences, and support audits, IT and facilities matters, with a focus on service quality and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in outlet/operations management.
• Experience in staff scheduling and attendance.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and licencing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor outlet standards including staff attendance, grooming, service quality, housekeeping and overall outlet condition.
• Manage stock forecasting, ordering and inventory records accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on promotions, new products and maintenance matters.
• Manage staff rostering, leave administration and training/knowledge assessments.
• Ensure all licences, permits and regulatory requirements are maintained and renewed on time.

Location: Novena / Orchard

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 10am to 8pm

Basic Salary: up to $4000

Job Description

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
• Monitor outlet standards, including staff attendance, grooming, service quality, housekeeping and overall outlet condition.
• Manage inventory, including stock monitoring, forecasting, ordering and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on promotions, new products, operational matters, maintenance and repairs.
• Manage staff rostering, leave administration and staff knowledge assessments.
• Ensure all licences, permits, certifications and regulatory requirements are properly maintained and renewed on time.
• Support audits, IT and facilities matters, prepare operational reports, identify issues and coordinate timely resolution.
