Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager, Marketing to join its team, supporting integrated campaigns across brands within the early childhood education sector.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will coordinate campaigns, manage agencies and stakeholders, and drive lead generation and enrolment objectives.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on marketing experience across channels and strong project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience in integrated/digital marketing or campaign management.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience working with media agencies, creative vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and recommend practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute assigned marketing campaigns across digital, social media and offline channels.
• Manage centre-level marketing initiatives, including Open Houses, promotional campaigns, roadshows and parent engagement activities.
• Develop campaign briefs, implementation timelines and creative requirements in line with agreed marketing objectives.
• Coordinate campaign execution from planning and approvals through launch and post-campaign review.
• Identify execution challenges early and recommend practical solutions to keep projects on track.
