Job summary

DIVINE SPACE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant Manager to partner with the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and evaluating integrated campaigns that raise brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads.

You will also help lead daily department operations and oversee junior staff and creative vendors. You will drive collaboration with Sales, Product, and Design while maintaining brand voice and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of progressive marketing experience with 1–2 years in leadership or senior coordinator roles.
• Proven experience with digital marketing channels, content management, SEO/SEM, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta, email platforms, CRM).
• Strong project management and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, print, events, PR).
• Oversee day-to-day marketing team operations, ensuring campaigns are on time and within budget.
• Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, ROI, traffic and conversions to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Design and external agencies to align promotions.
• Help manage department budget, vendor contracts and campaign expenditures.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels and messaging.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and opportunities.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will also help lead daily department operations and oversee junior marketing staff and creative vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, print, events, and PR).

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, traffic, conversions) to optimize future strategy.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) and external agencies/vendors to align promotional efforts.

• Help manage the department’s budget, vendor contracts, and campaign expenditures.

• Maintain brand integrity across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and voice.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
