Job summary

NHG Health is seeking an Assistant Manager to support planning, implementation, and evaluation of staff well-being initiatives at the Institute of Mental Health. You will coordinate programmes, engagement activities and communications that align with organisational priorities.

The role involves collaboration with NHG Group Office, other NHG institutions and external partners to deliver impactful initiatives, manage programme administration and drive participation through effective communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR, engagement, programme or events management.
• Good project management and organisational skills with multi-priority handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience creating engagement materials.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with monitoring and improvement suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Support development and review of staff well-being strategies and initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate annual staff engagement events and platforms.
• Manage administration of well-being programmes including budgeting, procurement and logistics.
• Develop publicity and engagement materials across channels to promote initiatives.
• Undertake other duties to support HR objectives and priorities.
