Job summary

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2–4+ years in a technical lead or senior role.
• Proficient in at least one backend or frontend language (Java 8+; Spring Boot; Angular/React).
• Strong system design skills for scalable, distributed systems (microservices, event-driven).
• Experience in insurance domain and familiarity with payments, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot Agent mode) for rapid prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and messaging systems.
• Familiarity with testing strategies, observability (logs/metrics/tracing), and debugging.

• AI-Assisted Development, testing & Debugging : Experience using GitHub Copilot Agent mode for rapid prototyping, debugging, autonomously correct code issues and iterative development.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and messaging systems.
