In thisrole, you will be responsible for Application Management & be part of theteam that will collaborate with different business units and stakeholders on Software& Applications Management.

JobDescription: -

• Design Software Applications together with relevant IT and business teams that will meet business requirements and timelines and in accordance to relevant IT policies & frameworks.
• Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems.
• Be involved in Scrum Activities to provide technical expertise on the development of applications and platforms, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered
• Monitor Results and Quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented
• Understand business processes & define the business requirements in the form of use cases / user stories to ensure that the Applications developed are in compliance with business goals and user requirements.
• Oversee the development of solutions and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
• Liaising and communicating with various stakeholders (application/tech teams, project team)
• Manage dependencies across multiple inter-related projects/products, managing and reporting status of product roadmap and/ or project status to support effective decision making Have an in-depth understanding of the entire SDLC process
• Monitor project progress of applications, identify risks, and proactively address any issues
• 2+ years’ experience in the Insurance Domainwould be preferred
• End-to-End Software Delivery experience.
• Experience and familiarity with platforms - Confluence, JIRA, MS Office Suite
• Write SQL scripts to test ETL results
• Provide inputs to quality assurance metrics on testing progress.
• Follow organization QA standards, templates and processes
