Job summary

Hitachi Asia Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Group treasury and finance by identifying and managing financial, operational, and treasury risks, while overseeing intercompany loan administration.

The role strengthens risk governance, ensures compliant loan management, and provides timely reporting to support management decisions and funding utilization across the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• A relevant professional qualification or certification in treasury, risk, finance, or accounting is advantageous, but not compulsory.
• At least 5 years of experience in treasury, financial risk management, corporate finance, banking, or a related function; cross-border exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report financial, operational, and treasury-related risks.
• Develop, maintain, and periodically review risk management policies, procedures, controls, and related documentation.
• Perform risk assessments, evaluate control effectiveness, and recommend practical mitigation measures.
• Prepare clear and timely risk reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review.
• Support the implementation of risk management initiatives and governance frameworks across entities.
