Job summary

Randstad Singapore invites applications for a Treasury Assistant Manager role based in Singapore. This newly created 1-year contract offers exposure to high-visibility transformation projects and core liquidity operations across multiple entities.

Reporting to the Treasury Lead, you will drive end-to-end TMS implementation, oversee debt financing activities and regulate daily cash positioning, while supporting regional entities to mitigate FX risks and enhance governance in a dynamic financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or CA/ACCA qualification.
6+ years treasury experience required.
Proven expertise in debt financing operations.
Deep knowledge of treasury management systems and high-volume flows.
Strong stakeholder management and independent work style.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end TMS implementation and rollout with AI-driven automation.
Balance transformation projects with group liquidity operations across multiple entities.
Manage daily cash positioning, end-to-end funding workflows, and debt financing strategies.
Mitigate FX and settlement risks and strengthen governance with regional teams.
