Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) invites applications for an Assistant Manager in the Office of Research Integrity and Compliance (ORIC). You will provide comprehensive administrative support and help implement research compliance strategies across SingHealth's research portfolio in Singapore.

You will work with the research community to ensure HBRA compliance and regulatory standards, supporting policy development, training, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Administrative experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred.
• Some project management experience.
• Good command of English with strong written skills for minutes and report writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Resourceful approach with initiative to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse research-related legislation and regulations, assisting in policy development.
• Prepare communication materials to clarify research compliance initiatives.
• Develop training resources for the research community.
• Manage processing of reportable events to MOH under HBRA with timely escalation.
• Establish workflows to keep SingHealth research compliant with regulations.
• Provide secretariat support at meetings, including dissemination of materials and transcription of discussions.
• Track follow-up actions and support executive initiatives within the department.
• Prepare newsletters and communications to raise awareness of compliance requirements.
