Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in clinical trials, including monitoring, with 4 years in supervision/management.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the capacity to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct monitoring visits and prepare comprehensive post-visit reports.
• Recommend preventive and corrective actions for compliance and ensure resolution of findings.
• Provide administrative support to departmental operations.
• Develop education programs and train new Clinical Research Associates.
• Provide supervisory monitoring and chair department meetings.
