Job summary

JurongHealth Campus seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, HR People Experience to foster an engaged, connected and inclusive workplace culture. Reporting to the People Experience Lead, this role drives HR strategies including recognition, staff wellbeing and communications across the organisation.

You will coordinate award cycles, engagement surveys and staff events, translating insights into practical improvements and strengthening NUHS values.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in employee engagement, HR programmes or related fields.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams, timelines and budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to translate survey data into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Employee Recognition & Awards programmes and manage cycles from planning to completion.
• Coordinate Pulse Surveys: data mapping, implementation, analysis and action planning.
• Design and lead Internal Events and Staff Experiences to promote inclusion and team spirit.
• Support People Experience, Culture & Strategic Initiatives with research, proposals and stakeholder alignment.
