Job summary

National Neuroscience Institute of Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Medical Informatics to support the CMIO in EMR development, implementation and project management. You will collaborate with clinical staff, IT partners and vendors on user requirements, rollout plans and staff training.

You will also assist the CDDO in shaping the digital strategy and drive digitalization across the institution. Secretariat support for CMIO and CDDO meetings is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Health Informatics/Healthcare Management related is a plus).
• 2+ years in managing clinical data governance activities.
• Experience with clinical information systems and IT project management in healthcare.
• Able to work independently with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills; good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the CMIO in EMR development, implementation and project management.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, IT partners and vendors on user requirements and training needs.
• Support the CDDO in developing digital strategy plans and champion digitalization initiatives.
• Provide secretariat support for CMIO and CDDO projects and meetings.
