Job summary

National University Health System in Singapore seeks a project leader to drive the CDSS workstream within the SIMFONI programme. You will coordinate clinical, technical, and policy partners to shape requirements, manage development, conduct UAT, and lead POC pilots in polyclinics.

You will collaborate with MOHT, clinicians, and data teams to ensure delivery aligns with national healthcare objectives and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
• At least 8–12 years of experience in project/programme management, product development, or digital health delivery.
• Experience in public healthcare or multi-institutional environments preferred.
• Strong experience leading delivery teams and overseeing complex programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across clinical, technical, and policy domains.
• Experience working with developers, engineers, or system implementation teams.
• Ability to understand clinical workflows and translate into product strategy and delivery direction.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall delivery of the CDSS workstream, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and alignment across public healthcare clusters, MOHT, clinicians, and medical informatics teams.
• Work closely with the Principal Investigator (MOHT) on strategic direction, planning, and execution of the workstream.
• Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, system development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide direction to delivery teams working with developers, engineers, and data teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system functionality.
• Work with MOHT and technical partners to coordinate integration with national healthcare systems (e.g. NGEMR, NeHR, data platforms), ensuring alignment of requirements, timelines, and dependencies.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring validation of outputs against clinical and functional requirements.
• Provide oversight and direction on implementation strategies, including proof-of-concept (POC) pilot deployments in polyclinics.
• Ensure readiness for deployment, including stakeholder alignment, workflow integration, and operational feasibility.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across the workstream, and report updates to governance stakeholders.
• Guide iterative improvements based on feedback from clinical users and pilot implementations.
• Lead and manage the delivery team providing direction on priorities, execution, and issue resolution.
