Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Manager - Informatics in Singapore to lead IT strategy for Diagnostics, aligning IT workplans with business goals and leveraging EPIC Beaker and NGEMR systems.

You will oversee planning, development and delivery of IT initiatives, manage cross-functional stakeholders, ensure BAU alignment with GITO, budgeting, and resource management, and drive digital transformation in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• PM certification preferred.
• Certifications in EPIC Beaker and NGEMR applications.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare IT with at least 2 years in IT application specialist roles.
• Proven track record in leading projects and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience driving IT initiatives and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan new polyclinic instrument IT connectivity, oversee testing, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate across departments for cross-institutional referral of Imaging services and workflows.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their application in Diagnostics operations.
• Ensure effective change communication.
• Oversee BAU IT activities with budgeting and resource management.
