Ministry Of Social And Family Development (MSF) invites applications for an ICT and Systems Development role within the Organisational and Systems Development Division. You will work with MSF divisions and other agencies to design workflows, refine policies, and enable data sharing across agencies to support social service delivery.

You will explore new digital solutions, oversee ICT systems, and help implement onboarding for divisions and new agencies.

What the role is:

The Social Support Group (SSP) oversees all policy, planning and delivery of social services for low-income and vulnerable families.The Organisational and Systems Development Division (OSD) strengthens SSP's focus on people and organisational development, corporate and finance matters. It examines more holistically how we can leverage technology and integrate our systems, to strengthen the way we work and deliver greater value to our clients.Ops Tech Branch (OTB) oversees, manages and develops digital solutions through ICT systems to support service delivery and data sharing across the social service sector. The branch works in close partnership with the divisions in SSP, as well as other MSF divisions and government agencies for the ICT systems that it oversees.

What you will be working on:

• You will work with MSF divisions and other agencies to develop and refine policies and operation workflows that underpin the use of systems and data sharing across agencies.
• You will explore and implement new or existing digital technology to facilitate and aid the delivery of social support schemes and programmes to families.
• You will conduct change management and implement the onboarding process for MSF divisions and new agencies using the systems.
• You will support the development and management of existing and new ICT systems overseen by the Branch. This entails developing and implementing operational workflows for business users; coordinating the gathering of requirements from business users and system enhancements.
• You may be required to work with MSF divisions and agencies to facilitate data‑sharing arrangements and interfaces with systems. This entails understanding and operationalising data requirements of agencies and working with agencies to implement required interfaces.
