What the role is:

You will be part of a dynamic team that seeks to improve the lives of lower-income households by redesigning service delivery to better meet their needs. ComLink+ is an example of a new approach that integrates service delivery for lower-income households and improves their access to multiple services. In developing and implementing these approaches, we seek to better position these households to achieve stability, self-reliance, and social mobility.

What you will be working on:

• Identify pain points that lower-income households face when accessing government support and community resources in domains such as early childhood, education, and healthcare. This could be through both quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Design approaches to address pain points faced by lower-income households, in consultation with other agencies and community partners
• Conduct research on global best practices in service delivery
• Evaluate outcomes
