Job summary

National Heart Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a key member of our Human Resources team to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will design, implement and evaluate staff engagement strategies and employee experience programmes that foster belonging and well-being across the organisation.

Collaborate with stakeholders on cross-functional projects and corporate committees to ensure employees feel valued and supported throughout their careers.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Business, HRM, or related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience, with 2–3 in leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with HRIS and MS Office.

Job description

As a key member of our Human Resource team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture that enables our people to thrive. You will facilitate the design, implementation and evaluation of staff engagement and employee experience strategies, programmes and events that strengthen employee engagement, enhance the overall employee experience, and foster a strong sense of belonging among our employees. You will work with stakeholders to champion initiatives that promote employee well-being, recognition and appreciation, ensuring that our employees feel valued, connected and supported throughout their career journey with us.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to corporate committees and cross-functional projects, working collaboratively with colleagues across various functions.

Requirements:

• A recognised degree, preferablyin Business, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Social Sciences or equivalent
• At least 5 years' workexperience in human resource, of which 2 to 3 years should be in a supervisory or team lead role
• . Excellent communication,interpersonal, organisational, multi-tasking and numeracy skills with an eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with HRIS and social media platforms
• A good team player who is open to try new technologies and different ways of doing things
