You will drive technology adoption, AI integration, and sustainability initiatives while coordinating with the Cluster Group to engage and resolve tenant feedback.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, asset improvement, and a proactive approach to maintenance and tenant relations, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Background in Project & Facilities Management/Building, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in management and operation of industrial or commercial property.
• Good tenant management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Management Company to ensure industrial properties are safe and well-maintained.
• Drive adoption of technology and AI; promote sustainability and smart FM.
• Engage with Cluster Group to manage and resolve tenant feedback.
• Improve resource optimization, maintenance standards, and operational processes.

[What the role is]

You will lead and manage the Facilities Management Company (FMC) to ensure your assigned JTC's industrial properties and estates are safe, well-maintained and conducive for our lessees or tenants. You will drive the adoption of technology and artificial intelligence, promote sustainability initiatives, smart FM and transform the future of facilities management practices. You will work closely with our Cluster Group to engage, manage and resolve customer feedback with the support from the FMC.

[What we are looking for]

Background in Project & Facilities Management/Building, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Candidates with experience in the management and operation of industrial or commercial property with good tenant management and communication skills will be highly regarded. You must be a team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
