Job summary

China Life Insurance Singapore is seeking an experienced incentives and distribution specialist to lead quarterly and ad-hoc sales campaigns, define agency product requirements, and influence CLIS product strategy.

You will monitor and analyse sales performance, prepare guidelines and SOPs for the department, and provide distribution support including tracking and incentive payouts to help the agency channel hit targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the insurance industry, experience in agency distribution preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of end-to-end process of formulating quarterly and ad-hoc agency sales incentives and campaigns.
• Take charge of product requirements of agency teams and provide feedback to influence CLIS product strategy.
• Provide sales monitoring and sales analysis of the company’s sales performance.
• Assist in preparing major guidelines and processes for the department.
• Provide distribution support items such as sales tracking and incentive payouts.
• Formulate strategies to help the agency channel achieve targets.
• Develop guidelines and SOPs to manage internal workflows.
• Oversee agency activity and behavioral management.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to improve channel performance.

• Take charge of product requirements of agency teams, and provide timely feedback to influence CLIS product strategy; be involved in product development process, ensure agents’ product requirements are sufficiently considered;
• Take charge of Provide sales monitoring and sales analysis of company’s sales performance;
• Be involved in the preparation of major guidelines and processes in the department;
• Take charge of Provide distribution support items such as in terms of sales tracking, incentive/promo payouts, etc.
• Formulate strategies to help agency channel achieve various targets;
• Take charge of formulating guidelines and SOP to manage internal workflows;
• Take charge of agency activity and behavioral managements;
• Lead various adhoc regular or adhoc projects to improve overall channel performance of the company.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experiences in insurance industry, experiences in agency distribution are preferred;
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
