Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand the current billing processes (invoice creation, credit notes and responses to customer queries) for all Business Units (BUs) and identify areas of inefficiencies. Understand the different systems used in the process.
• Utilise data to drive/prioritise automation.
• Re-engineer the billing processes working with BUs, GSS and Group Technology (GT) team to develop sustainable and scalable processes for business growth.
• Deploy technology with the help of GT to achieve 50% or more automation in the process.
• Document the To-be processes and create the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).

Skills & Experience

• A Diploma in Accountancy / Finance LCCI / CAT or equivalent.
• Experience in process re-engineering/optimisation required.
• Process-oriented thinking and experienced in process re-engineering.
• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodology, a plus.
• Quick learner and self-motivated.
• Concise communication skills and experienced in stakeholder management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge in SAP and RPA will be an added advantage.
