Roles & Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials in the warehouse.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP software.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Internal Logistics Coordination:
    • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities within the production facility, ensuring high accountability and accuracy of stocks movements.
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize productivity and safety.
    • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • ERP Expertise:
    • Utilize SAP & Navision software for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
    • Troubleshoot SAP & Navision-related issues and provide training and support to warehouse staff as needed.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
    • Data cleansing for migration to SAP
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the warehouse operations.
    • Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to achieve operational targets.
  • FMCG Experience:
    • Understand the unique challenges and requirements of the FMCG industry, such as fast-paced operations, short shelf-life products, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
    • Implement strategies to manage inventory turnover effectively and minimize product wastage.
    • Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and meet customer demands.
Requirements
