Job description

The Office of Finance invites applications for the position of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Finance. The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Finance is required to support the Manager to ensure effective and efficient running of all administrative and Finance in School's financial-related services/matters to staffs from academic, administrative to students and Faculty.

Responsibilities

• Verification and provide guidance on all travel related applications and reimbursement claims
• Handle Payment requests/claims/AP invoices
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting, budget/forecast and closing
• Update and maintain accuracy
• Fixed Assets records in a timely manner
• Assist in annual physical Fixed Asset sighting and disposal process
• Any other ad hoc request/Projects

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree Graduate or equivalent qualification in accounting / finance/Business
• At least 3 years of Accounting/Finance experience with Diploma
• Sound interpersonal and communication
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good time management skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word)
• Familiarity with SAP system, Workday system, TRS, ECS, Ariba, Zoom, Teams, will be advantageous
• Positive attitude with strong desire to learn new skillsets
