Job summary

SBS Transit Limited is seeking a talented HR professional to lead talent attraction and employer branding initiatives in Singapore. The role focuses on partnerships with IHLs, internships, campus recruitment, and learning journeys to support organizational goals.

You will drive programs like LTEP, manage social recruitment content, and measure outcomes with data. The position requires strong communication and collaboration across levels in a fast-paced public transport environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business management is required.
• IHRP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with focus on talent acquisition and media marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical abilities; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IHLs (ITEs, Polytechnics, universities) on internships, campus recruitment, talks and learning journeys.
• Drive talent attraction through LTEP, public transport branding campaigns, and mentorship initiatives.
• Translate employer branding initiatives into measurable outcomes using data and metrics.
• Manage SBS Transit’s social media for recruitment content, including EDMs, TikTok, and banners.
• Support employer branding efforts, HR awards submissions, and DEI initiatives.
• Coordinate participation in community job fairs with partners like WSG, e2i and Home Team.
• Create recruitment EDMs and visual materials for talent outreach.
• Co-host the annual Hackathon with local universities.
• Assist in implementing company-wide DEI initiatives for an inclusive workplace.

Job description

Primary Objectives of Position

Drive and support talent attraction, employer branding, and internship strategies to attract and retain talent aligned with organizational goals. Strengthen partnerships with IHLs and external stakeholders, and enhance digital and media recruitment efforts.

Major Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) — including but not limited to ITEs, Polytechnics, and local Universities — on initiatives such as internships, campus recruitment, career talks, and learning journeys.

• Drive talent attraction efforts through programmes such as the Land Transport Engineer Program (LTEP), public transport branding campaigns, and mentorship initiatives.

• Translate employer branding and talent attraction initiatives into measurable outcomes using relevant metrics and data.

• Manage SBS Transit’s social media presence, including content development for recruitment-focused EDMs, TikTok videos, and banner designs.

• Support ongoing employer branding efforts, including submissions for HR awards, TAFEP-related initiatives, and internal HR audits.

• Coordinate participation in community job fairs with partners such as WSG, e2i, and the Home Team.

• Design and create recruitment EDMs and visual materials for talent outreach.

• Support and co-host the annual Hackathon event in collaboration with local universities.

• Assist in the implementation of company-wide DEI initiatives aimed at creating an inclusive workplace.

• Others as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource or business management discipline.

• IHRP certification preferred.

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and media marketing.

• Good verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills to interact well with all levels.

• Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

• Able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
