CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager/Executive, Asset Management to join the Retail & Commercial team in Singapore. You will support budgeting, financial and asset performance analyses, and develop dashboards for portfolio insights.

You will conduct market research, contribute to asset strategies, and assist in cross-functional projects to drive performance across retail and commercial assets. Fresh graduates welcome with strong quantitative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Highly numerate with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work within a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2-3 years of work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

Market Research & Analysis* Conduct research and compile analysis on retail and commercial market trends, tenant behaviour, catchment demographics, and competitive landscapes.* Prepare market intelligence reports to support leasing, positioning, and investment decisions. Asset Management Support* Contribute to asset management strategies for both retail and commercial properties, including performance benchmarking, positioning, tenant/trade mix (for retail), and space utilization (for commercial).* Assist in the planning and execution of asset enhancement initiatives tailored to the specific needs of each asset class. Initiatives & Projects* Assist in the formulation and implementation of asset-specific or portfolio-wide initiatives, including leasing, marketing, digitalization, sustainability, and operational excellence projects.* Provide coordination and analytical support for cross-functional or ad-hoc projects.* Identify and propose improvements to internal processes, reporting tools, and workflows to enhance productivity, data accuracy, and stakeholder visibility.
