Job summary

NHG Polyclinics is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the Clinical Services department in planning and implementing clinical programmes for older adults across NHG Polyclinics in Singapore.

You will drive service improvement, programme expansion and strategic initiatives in eldercare and population health, coordinating with clinic teams and stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and evaluation.

• Possess report writing and project organisation skills.
• IT savvy, with competency in using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of clinical programmes for older adults and related eldercare initiatives.
• Engage and collaborate with clinic teams, doctors, nurses, and operations to roll out programmes.
• Prepare management papers, reports and funding proposals; monitor KPIs.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and track action items.
• Support work planning, budgeting and departmental initiatives.
