Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Singapore (Paya Lebar Quarter). You will manage end-to-end delivery across enterprise and citizen-facing systems, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and governance.

You will oversee requirements, testing, cybersecurity compliance, deployment readiness, and handover to business-as-usual support, with after-hours readiness as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building digital products
• Proven track record delivering products with limited resources
• End-to-end experience with product teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, following up to closure
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certifications like Scrum Master or Product Owner are a plus
• Computer science/product management related degrees are a plus
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq is a plus
• Available for deployments outside office hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery across the assigned portfolio of enterprise and citizen-facing systems, including project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and release coordination
• Coordinate agile delivery across business, product, design, engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendor teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Manage project governance, vendor performance, stakeholder communications, decision-making and reporting to management and governance forums
• Coordinate requirements, solutioning, testing, cybersecurity compliance, deployment, operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual support
• Support production operations, planned after-hours deployments and Severity incident coordination, including follow-up on defects and corrective actions
• Undertake structured handover and job-shadowing with incumbent officers to preserve system, vendor and business-domain knowledge

Requirements

• End to end experience working with product team to build products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus
• Personnel must be available for planned deployments and Severity incident support outside office hours, as necessary
