Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Epic-related disciplines or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare informatics, clinical information systems, digital transformation, automation or project management will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI, RPA, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 applications and other digital tools will be advantageous.
- Good written and spoken communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of clinical informatics and digital transformation initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Design, implement and manage clinical information system projects, optimise clinical workflows, and drive adoption of digital tools and automation.
- Develop user training programmes and documentation, and ensure clinical systems, policies and processes align with requirements.
