Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sterile Processing Assistant to manage sterile supplies, operate and clean equipment, and ensure safe handling in reputable healthcare settings.

You will process, inspect, pack, sterilize, store and hand out surgical tools, report issues, support the team, and participate in quality improvements. A 5-day work week in the central region is offered, with AWS, bonus and increments for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in sterile processing or hospital settings preferred.
• Familiarity with sterilization and hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and Manage Sterile Supplies: Clean, inspect, pack, sterilize, store, and hand out surgical tools and medical supplies.
• Operate and Clean Equipment: Run washer-disinfectors and sterilizers, test them to make sure they work safely, and keep the work areas clean.
• Check Inventory and Report Issues: Count supplies to keep track of stock and immediately report any broken tools or equipment that need repair.
• Support the Team and Improve Quality: Share important updates with coworkers during handovers and participate in quality improvement activities.
