Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a frontline cashiering professional to join our gaming and hospitality operations. You will perform cashiering duties at the cashier cage and chip bank, balance daily instruments and provide professional service to customers at self-service kiosks.

You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, handle cage and chip bank transactions, support other casino financial processes, and be prepared for rotating shifts including nights, weekends and

• Meet the regulatory requirements and age 21.
• Experience in bank or cashiering is preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

• Perform cashiering duties at cashier cage and Chip Bank.
• Perform Cage, Chip Bank, Controller and Count functions.
• Provide assistance and technical support to customers at self-service kiosks, including troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Provide efficient and professional service to all internal and external customers.
• Accountable for all cage and chip bank financial instruments, including performing daily cage and chip bank balancing in the relevant operational area.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and SOPs.

Job description

• Accountable for all cage and chip bank financial instruments, including performing daily cage and chip bank balancing in the relevant operational area.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Other assignments as directed by Management.

Requirement

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum GCE `N' level or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience working in a bank or cashiering function will be preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
