Job Responsibilities

• Perform Front Window, Team Member Bank and/or Fill Bank functions.
• Maintain an impressive inventory of cash float.
• Perform financial transactions supporting Casino Table Games Operations, Slot Operations and casino guests, including:
• Cash‑in/Cash‑out of gaming chips.
• Foreign currency exchange.
• Redeeming Slot Machine payout tickets/TITO/vouchers for cash or cash equivalent.
• Patron account transactions (safe keeping, front money deposits & refunds).
• Check cashing, check/marker redemptions and consolidations.
• Credit card and EFTPOS cash advances.
• Rolling Chip Exchanges.
• Other cashier tasks as required.
• Balance float at shift end and return to intended amount.
• Conduct Team Member Bank functions accurately.
• Prepare table fills / receive table credits.
• Handle chip transfers between front window, fill banks and main banks.
• Balance Chip Bank inventory against casino computer system, accounting for all chip movements.
• Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets.
• Provide friendly, efficient and courteous service to all internal and external customers.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and corporate values.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Secondary education preferred.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred.
• Proficient operating electronic cashier equipment (e.g., note counters, counterfeit detectors).
• Strong numeracy skills and excellent service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, and on public holidays.
