Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business/Systems Analyst for a Singapore-based conglomerate.

You will partner with business users to capture requirements, document workflows, and drive end-to-end software delivery from analysis through change management. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, producing FSDs, coordinating change requests, and supporting UAT, with extensive use of Jira, Freshservice, Azure DevOps, and ClickUp.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or application delivery roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements, change requests, and projects.
• Prepare and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), ensuring requirements, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process reviews to identify business needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Coordinate change requests from submission through implementation, ensuring priorities, scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
• Work closely with Project Managers, System Analysts, developers, and vendors to ensure solutions are aligned with approved business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect tracking, issue resolution, and obtaining business sign-off.
• Monitor project and enhancement progress through tools such as Freshservice, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms, highlighting risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Provide guidance and support to Business Analysts, assisting with workload coordination, document reviews, and best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with business and technical teams, providing regular status updates and escalating key issues when required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes, templates, documentation standards, and governance practices.
