Octomate Staffing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Building M&E / Facilities Engineering professional in Singapore to enhance asset performance, energy efficiency and sustainable building operations across full lifecycle.
You will manage sustainability and engineering projects, coordinate with operations, vendors and stakeholders, and contribute to GRESB submissions and KPI tracking. Local work authorization is required for this role.

We are looking for a hands-on Building M&E / Facilities Engineering professional who is passionate about asset performance, energy efficiency, and sustainable building operations.
You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring our properties operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably across their full lifecycle.
Manage sustainability and engineering projects, including solar PV, M&E enhancement works, smart building technologies and energy efficiency initiatives.
Coordinate with operations teams, business units, vendors and stakeholders to collect, validate and report utility and sustainability data.
Support GRESB submissions, sustainability reporting and tracking of sustainability targets and KPIs.
Identify and evaluate technologies and solutions to improve energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management and recycling.
Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, pilot trials and performance evaluations for new sustainability initiatives.
Oversee projects from planning and evaluation through implementation and performance monitoring.
Analyse operational and sustainability data to identify gaps, trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare management reports, business cases, presentations and recommendations for stakeholder decision-making.
Work closely with internal teams, consultants, vendors and external stakeholders to drive sustainability, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support other engineering and sustainability projects as assigned.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or a related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in sustainability, engineering, facilities management, green building or the built environment.
