Job summary

Octomate Staffing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Building M&E / Facilities Engineering professional in Singapore to enhance asset performance, energy efficiency and sustainable building operations across full lifecycle.

You will manage sustainability and engineering projects, coordinate with operations, vendors and stakeholders, and contribute to GRESB submissions and KPI tracking. Local work authorization is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sustainability, engineering, facilities management or green buildings.
• Singapore citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Manage sustainability and engineering projects including solar PV, M&E enhancement works, smart building technologies and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations teams, business units, vendors and stakeholders to collect, validate and report utility and sustainability data.
• Support GRESB submissions, sustainability reporting and tracking of sustainability targets and KPIs.
• Identify technologies and solutions to improve energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management and recycling.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, pilot trials and performance evaluations for new initiatives.
• Oversee projects from planning through implementation and performance monitoring.
• Analyze data to identify gaps, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare management reports, business cases, presentations and recommendations for decision-making.
• Work with internal teams, consultants, vendors and external stakeholders to drive sustainability, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support other engineering and sustainability projects as assigned.
