EPITEX INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a retail sales associate. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations for a positive shopping experience.

You will demonstrate beddings knowledge, assist with pricing, warranties and financing options, keep the sales floor organized and well stocked, and collaborate with the team to achieve daily to monthly targets.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Full training will be provided.

• Customer Interaction:Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Understand their needs and provide personalized product
  recommendations.

• Product Knowledge:Demonstrate expertise in beddings, including materials, types, and benefits. Educate customers on product care, usage, and
  maintenance.

• Sales Support:Guide customers through the selection process, providing detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.

• Store Maintenance:Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked. Regularly update product displays to enhance the shopping experience.

• Customer Service:Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a
  genuine interest in helping customers.

• Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but
  not required.

• Full training will be provided.
