Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for an Assistant Logistics Supervisor at our Joo Koon site. This permanent role oversees warehouse operations, coordinates deliveries, and supports a small team to ensure timely orders.

Working hours are 5.5 days, with 07:30–16:30 on weekdays and 07:30–11:30 on Saturdays; candidates should be capable of night shifts and light drum handling up to 18 kg.

The package includes basic salary plus mobile allowance, attendance incentive and bonus.

Qualifications

• Logistics/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and night shifts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and safety skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from superior and handle customer orders.
• Assist with loading/unloading drums (up to 18kg).
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and transportation teams.
• Monitor inventory and supervise warehouse staff.
• Ensure accuracy in orders and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure safety standards.
• Conduct daily warehouse inspections.
• Assist with night shifts (16th to month-end).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
