Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue spare parts and consumables accurately to support operations.
• Plan, route and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards.
• Track job progress and resolve disputes between transporters and clients to maintain smooth operations.
• Receive and process inbound shipments promptly to ensure timely availability.
• Generate delivery orders for next-day deliveries to ensure timely dispatch.
• Conduct monthly, semester, and annual stock checks to verify inventory accuracy.
• Generate monthly purchase orders for section heads to maintain supply continuity.
• Perform monthly inventory analysis to maintain stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Prepare monthly reports on inventory, deliveries and logistics performance for management.
• Assist the team to assemble product manually as required.
• Review completed jobs for accurate billing and provide finance with charge details.

Job Summary

Manage logistics operations including spare parts issuance, trucking scheduling, inventory control, and reporting to ensure efficient service delivery and accurate billing within a dynamic supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Issue spare parts and consumables accurately to support operational needs
• Plan, route, and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards
• Track job progress and resolve disputes between transporters and clients to maintain smooth operations
• Receive and process incoming inbound shipments promptly to ensure timely availability
• Generate delivery orders for next-day deliveries to ensure timely dispatchConduct monthly, semester, and annual stock checks to verify inventory accuracy
• Generate monthly Purchase Orders for section heads to maintain supply continuity
• Perform monthly inventory analysis to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
• Prepare monthly reports on inventory, deliveries, and logistics performance to inform management decisions
• Assist the team to assemble product manually on an ad hoc basis as required
• Review completed jobs for accurate billing and provide finance with all necessary charge details
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, to manage documentation and reporting
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in logistics or related field
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills applied to logistics operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
