Job summary

Rainbow Centre is seeking an Assistant Life Coach to support daily programmes for adults with disabilities within the AES. You will assist in facilitating activities, provide personal care when needed, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment under supervision.

The role emphasizes teamwork, observation, and documentation to support client development and wellbeing. Candidates should have a recognised Higher NITEC or Diploma in Social Services, Healthcare, or related fields, with training

Qualifications

Recognised Higher NITEC or Diploma in Social Services, Healthcare, Special Education, or related fields.
Relevant training in autism, disability support, or caregiving will be an advantage.
Experience supporting persons with disabilities, elderly persons, or individuals requiring care support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering daily programmes and activities.
Support client engagement and participation in life skills and social activities.
Provide personal care support as required, following care plans and guidelines.
Assist with documentation of client participation, attendance, and observations.
Collaborate with Life Coaches and the multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent programme delivery.
