St.Andrew's Autism Centre seeks dedicated Direct Care staff to support clients with essential daily living tasks, including grooming and toileting, while prioritising health and safety at all times.
You will assist Coaches with classroom management and community mobility programmes, collaborate with colleagues and families, and participate in home visits to ensure a holistic approach to each client's development.

Prioritising the health and safety of clients at all times
Assist and support Coaches in ensuring classroom orderliness in areas of physical structure and setting up of work stations during class
Assist and support Coaches in community mobility programmes
Collaborating with colleagues across different disciplines to support and execute the programmes
Partnering with parents and caregivers, including participating in-home visits, to ensure a holistic approach to the client's development
Participating in work team duties and other duties assigned by supervisor
NITEC Certification, N-Level.
A compassionate and patient personality is critical for working with individuals with autism will be advantage
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work reliably as part of a team
