Job summary

Drake International in Singapore seeks an in-house lawyer to draft and review commercial contracts and provide business legal support. You will handle contract management, renewals and key obligations, and assist with corporate governance, ACRA filings and secretarial matters, coordinating with external counsel.

Applicants should have a law degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience, experience in in-house or corporate secretarial roles, and strong English communication skills.
