Job summary

SUPERPOWER X AI (SINGAPORE) TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned corporate lawyer to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including customer, vendor, procurement, cloud services, data center, NDA, and strategic partnerships.

You will advise on transaction structures, risk, IP, data protection, service levels, and dispute resolution while supporting governance, licensing, regulatory filings, and market-entry efforts across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, procurement, cloud service, data center, NDA, and strategic partnership contracts.
• Advise on transaction structures, liability, service levels, data protection, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and compliance risks
• Support corporate governance, licensing, regulatory filings, and new-market entry across Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Manage external counsel and legal budgets, coordinating disputes, litigation, due diligence, and special legal projects
• Build contract templates, approval workflows, and legal-risk registers, and provide compliance training and day-to-day support to business teams

Responsiblities:

• 1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, procurement, cloud service, data center, NDA, and strategic partnership contracts
• 2. Advise on transaction structures, liability, service levels, data protection, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and compliance risks
• 3. Support corporate governance, licensing, regulatory filings, and new-market entry across Singapore and Southeast Asia

Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in law or above; admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction preferred
• 2. 5+ years of law-firm or in-house legal experience; cross-border, technology, cloud services, data center, or infrastructure experience preferred
• 3. Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills across customer, vendor, procurement, service, confidentiality, and partnership agreements
• 4. Familiar with Singapore and Southeast Asian corporate governance, data protection, intellectual property, employment, and commercial compliance requirements
• 5. Excellent English legal drafting and negotiation skills; Chinese capability is a plus; commercially minded, responsive, and sound in judgment
