Job summary

BR LAW CORPORATION in Singapore seeks a Singapore-qualified corporate and commercial lawyer with 5 PQE to draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and advise on governance matters. The role offers exposure across industries and demands precision and strong communication.

You will support mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions while identifying regulatory risks and ensuring compliance across markets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 5 years Post-Qualification Experience.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
• Highly motivated and driven, resourceful and meticulous individual.
• Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skill.
• Independently, multi-task efficiently, ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
