Job summary

Drake International in Singapore is seeking an in-house lawyer to draft and review commercial contracts, identify risks, and support governance and corporate secretarial duties. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and strong English communication.

You will work independently with a commercial mindset, handling board documentation and coordination with external counsel when needed. A keen eye for detail is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in in-house legal, corporate/commercial or corporate secretarial roles.
• Good knowledge of Singapore company law and commercial contracts.
