Job summary

Revup Proservices PteLtd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant to assist in managing mall leasing activities and support the Leasing Manager in attracting tenants. You will handle tenant inquiries, assist with negotiations, renewals, and tenancy documentation, and monitor tenant mix and occupancy.

The role involves maintaining tenant relationships and coordinating with Marketing and Operations to address tenant-related matters and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mall leasing, retail, property, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the leasing activities for the shopping mall.
• Support the Leasing Manager in sourcing and attracting new tenants.
• Handle enquiries from existing and potential tenants.
• Assist with lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy documentation.
• Monitor tenant mix and identify opportunities to improve mall occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and follow up on their needs.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other teams on tenant-related matters.
• Monitor rental payments, lease expiry dates, and tenancy status.
• Prepare leasing reports and market updates for management.
